Products and pricing
We try to describe every book and file accurately. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may correct errors in pricing or descriptions, and we may cancel an order placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund.
Digital products
When you buy an eBook, audiobook or other download, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own enjoyment. You may not resell, share, upload or redistribute the files. All text, illustrations and recordings remain the copyright of their authors and Clearion Press.
Orders and payment
Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud or cannot complete it.
Limitation of liability
Our products are provided as described. To the extent the law allows, Clearion Press is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or our products, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States.
